Dr. Chasha Colbert-Williams provides strategic and operational leadership to drive the organization’s mission of empowering students to reach their full potential. She oversees key academic initiatives and ensures efficient alignment with cluster academic goals. Additionally, Dr. Colbert-Williams leads the student services department, supporting school counselors, nurses, social workers, and registrars.

Since joining the organization in 2021, her dedication to fostering collaboration and engagement has consistently enhanced student and community experiences within PBSA.

She earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Child and Family Development from Georgia Southern University; Master of Education in School Counseling from Fort Valley State University; Master of Education in Educational Leadership from Georgia College and State University; Educational Specialist and Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership both from Nova Southeastern University.

Outside of work, Dr. Colbert-Williams enjoys shopping, reading, and spending time with her family.

As Pre-K Program Manager, Chantrice oversees the enrollment of the youngest students in the PBSA family, guiding them as they begin their educational journey. Her work with Purpose Built Schools Atlanta began in 2017 as an Early Learning Family Educator, supporting the Pre-K Program Manager with enrollment and family engagement. Chantrice’s passion for early childhood education runs deep–she has also held the roles of family support coordinator, childcare director, and was a pre-K specialist for the state of Georgia.

Chantrice enjoys traveling, listening to audiobooks, shopping, and spending time with family and friends.

Mike Davis is the Chief Executive Officer of Purpose Built Schools Atlanta and oversees the strategic vision and community impact initiatives to advance PBSA’s mission to cultivate PBSA’s students’ skills and agency in pursuit of their unlimited potential. He has more than two decades of non-profit, business, and educational experience, including leadership roles at Sheltering Arms Early Education and Family Centers, Fulton County Schools, and Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools. After beginning his career in the private sector, Mike entered education as a Fellow in the Broad Residency in Urban Education and founded his own educational consulting company. He is on the board of the Reinvestment Fund and a member of the Leadership Atlanta Class of 2025.

Mike earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Morehouse College and a Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law.

Terrence Donte’ Abdurrahim leads the PBSA Department of Information Technology, ensuring seamless technical operations, strengthening cybersecurity measures, and supporting the organization’s schools. He spearheads cybersecurity initiatives, fortifying PBSA against evolving threats, safeguarding critical data, and ensuring the resilience of digital infrastructure. His role includes overseeing IT systems, managing technology protocols, and providing strategic guidance to align technology with PBSA’s mission.

Terrence holds an associate degree in Network Systems Administration from ITT Technical Institute and is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems and Cybersecurity at Indiana Institute of Technology.

Outside of work, Terrence is passionate about acting and storytelling, having trained with Dayna Dooley of Los Angeles. He also enjoys traveling, learning, and mentoring young people in STEM fields.

With a strong focus on student growth and achievement, Ms. Farrar analyzes data to assess outcomes and provides instructional coaching and professional development, ensuring that teachers can integrate research-based strategies into their classrooms effectively.

She is an Army veteran and graduate of Walden University with an MS in Educational Psychology. She loves adventures in nature, growing plants, exploring new foods, and playing video games.

With nearly two decades of experience in education, Ms. Harts has a strong track record in strategic enrollment management and community engagement.

She is pursuing an education specialist degree in educational administration from Southern Illinois University and holds a master’s in curriculum and instruction from Union University and a bachelor’s in marketing and business administration from the University of Arkansas Pine Bluff.

Dr. Natasha Hogan-Mahan is the Principal of Price Middle School, where she leads with vision and dedication to creating a positive and inclusive educational environment for all students. She oversees academic programs, manages faculty and staff, and fosters a well-rounded educational experience that prioritizes academic excellence, social-emotional development, and community involvement. Earlier, Dr. Hogan-Mahan served as Price Middle School’s assistant principal where she oversaw all school operations and academic progress.

Dr. Mahan holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Fort Valley State University, a Master of Arts and an Education Specialist degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Phoenix, and a Doctor of Education in Leadership from Valdosta State University.

With 22 years of experience in education, Celeste specializes in curriculum development, teacher training, and implementing evidence-based strategies to improve student outcomes in reading and writing. An advocate for differentiated and culturally responsive instruction, she collaborates with PBSA teachers, administrators, and families to create engaging and inclusive learning environments.

Celeste holds a master’s in education with a focus on literacy instruction from Florida A&M University, is classroom certified in Orton-Gillingham, and has received her endorsement in dyslexia. She is also currently an instructor for educators studying to obtain their dyslexia endorsement.

With over 20 years of experience in education, his leadership is rooted in a deep commitment to student success and community engagement, ensuring every child has the opportunity to thrive.

Previously, Mr. Miles served as Dean of Academics at Thomasville Heights Elementary School, later becoming its Principal in 2019. He led the school until its closure and subsequent merger with T.H. Slater Elementary in the fall of 2022.
He completed his post-secondary education at Georgia State University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration, a master’s in educational research, and a specialist’s degree in educational leadership.

In his free time, Mr. Miles loves diving into films, getting lost in a good book, jamming to his favorite music, hitting the open road on his motorcycle, and nurturing his growing collection of plants.

Dr. Nikkita Warfield is the Chief Academic Officer of Purpose Built Schools Atlanta, where she leads the strategic vision for academic excellence while ensuring operational and instructional success of PBSA schools. She oversees all academic functions, supervises and mentors/coaches school leaders, and fosters inclusive school cultures aligned with PBSA’s mission. Dr. Warfield works alongside the CEO to implement cohesive, high-quality educational initiatives that prioritize equity, continuous improvement and the implementation of PBSA’s educational model.

Over the course of the past two decades, Dr. Warfield has served as a teacher, instructional coach, assistant principal, and principal. Most recently, Dr. Warfield served as the Director of Secondary Education and Professional Learning for Newton County School System.

Dr. Warfield holds a bachelor’s of science from Fort Valley State University, an education specialist degree and master’s of education from Central Michigan University, and a doctor of education from Walden University.

Hobbies/interests: In her free time, Dr. Warfield cherishes spending time with her family, enjoys shopping, and finds relaxation in escaping into a good book or listening to an engaging audiobook. These hobbies provide her with balance, inspiration, and a renewed sense of focus for her leadership journey.

With a background in education and community engagement, Dr. Williams-Saunders began her career in education as a lead science teacher, then served as principal and a school engagement manager before stepping into her current role in 2024.

Blake Zimmerman has a long-standing passion for data-driven approaches to education. As PBSA’s Director of Analytics & Strategic Initiatives, he plays a critical role in leveraging data to support cross-functional initiatives and drive innovation in strategic decision-making across the organization, impacting students across the entire cluster. Since moving into his analytics role, Blake has provided key support to the Executive Leadership Team and contributed significantly to enhancing Social Emotional Learning (SEL) programs across the organization.

He is a graduate of the University of Georgia, where he studied sociology, and Georgia State University, where he obtained a master’s in education in urban teacher leadership.

He enjoys running, disc golf, and cheering on Atlanta sports teams.
